From Your Email:

  • Click on the link included in the ShareFile email requesting you to complete tasks assigned to you.

  • This link will take you straight to the list of documents requested of you.

  • If it asks you to enter a subdomain, enter keitercpa.

  • If it asks you to login, enter your username and password:

    1. Your username is the email address you use to communicate with Keiter.

    2. You will set your password the first time you login to your ShareFile portal. If you have logged in before and forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page.

From a Search Engine:

  • Type keitercpa.sharefile.com into the web address bar.

  • If prompted for a subdomain, enter keitercpa.

  • Login with your username and password.

  • At the top of the page, click Shared with me.

  • Select the listed request list.
