Logging in and Resetting Your Password

Logging in

• Your username is the email address you use to communicate with Keiter.

• You will set your password the first tie you login to your ShareFile portal, or if you've already logged in to your portal, use the same password as before.

• If you've forgotten your password, follow the steps below to reset it.

Resetting Your Password

• Click Forgot Password?

• Enter your email address.

• Check your inbox for an email from ShareFile containing a link to reset your password.

• Click the link and follow the resulting prompts.

• Login with your email and new password.
