To make sure you get notified when changes or comments are made on your request list, you'll want to check your email notification settings.
First, login to your ShareFile portal with your email address and password.
Then click Settings on the bottom of the left hand menu.
Scroll down to Email Notifications.
Select the notification frequency that you would prefer.
If you're not getting notifications, check your listed email addresses under Edit Email Addresses directly above the Email Notifications box.
Make sure your listed email is spelled correctly or add an alternate email if you have a different preferred email address.
