If you are not getting notifications from ShareFile:

  1. Check if the notifications have been caught in your spam filter. Reach out to your IT department to check for you if you can't check yourself.

  2. Reach out to your IT department and make sure ShareFile is whitelisted. Direct your IT department to the following link to do so:
